Comments: As far as I can remember, Imbri has never had any technical difficulties on their end, and have never had any downtime except once, which they notified all users of ahead of time and which was due to a server upgrade. Requests for support for me have always been answered in less than 2 days, usually within 12 hours. The support ticket system is slightly faster than e-mail. Support has always been friendly and helpful; I've not yet had an unsatisfactory response to ANY of my support requests, despite having made at least fifteen.
Their hosting packages are not the largest out there in terms of bandwidth/disk space, but they do not restrict mySQL database quantity or size, have all the standard extras like PHP, Perl, unlimited e-mails, several web-based mail clients, ability to create FTP accounts, Fantastico, etc. I started on their Megabyte plan, and have worked my way up beyond Gigabyte to a customized plan based on my website's needs.
Possible downsides include low quantity and high-cost bandwidth and disk space compared to other hosts out there, and no SSH/Telnet access on shared accounts. This is more than compensated for, however, by outstanding uptime, reliability, and quality of their customer service and tech support. If the data transfer/disk space numbers are adequate for your site, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better host out there.

Comments: i can honestly say ive been thrilled with Imbri. the control panel is excellent - they offer so many extras its hard to believe they charge as little as they do. i love the detailed web stats - no need to put an ugly counter on my page if i dont want to, i can get all that info in my control panel. the preinstalled cgi scripts are awesome - i particularly love the php/mysql guestbook. the fact that we get unlimited databases really helps. most hosting companys only offer 1, or if youre paying less than ten dollars a month, often dont offer mysql databases at all. support always gets back to me asap and are friendly. im on the megabyte plan right now but i started out with the kilobyte one - you really cant beat 3 bucks a month for all the features they give you. i really cant say enough about them - my last host had NO control panel, only 1 database, and tho they advertised "unlimited" bandwidth, it seemed that once a week i was getting an email from them, saying "you cant upload mp3 files" or "take this file off the cgi server" ect ect. always hassling me. its nice to not have to deal with that anymore. Imbri are great - id recommend them to anyone :)

We found them through our designer, c-factor, and worked with them to set up our guest-book and newsletter scripts, even going so far as to send out our newsletters for us! Comments: We went through three hosts before our designer recommended Imbri to us, and you guy's have been perfect for nearly 3 years now, that we now have 3 other domains here! The only hitch was when the Windows package ended and we had to move servers, but even that wqas a breeze.

When I signed up, It was $4 a month, for space, bandwidth, and a SUB-domain.
Now it's $5/mo for all that and a DOMAIN NAME >.< I feel left out.
And because i've still got my sub-domain, i don't get a cpanel... anyway, other than that, it's great ^_^
